Transparent HRT Pricing
- Self-pay initial lab package: $385 — includes the full HRT hormone panel plus a 30-minute consultation to review your results and treatment recommendations
- Insurance-based option: $175 provider consultation fee (due at time of service) — the laboratory bills your insurance directly, so your lab cost depends on your plan
- Follow-up labs at 3 months: $120 self-pay or $60 with insurance
- Ongoing labs: every 6 months on testosterone therapy • every 6–12 months if estrogen and/or progesterone are stable
- Prescription/script call fee: $70 per medication every 3 months (provider fee only — medication not included; most insurance covers the medication, and we'll check GoodRx for the best local price)
- Testosterone vials: $250 for a 6-month supply, shipped directly to your home
- Testosterone cream: compounded pricing available through Hallandale Pharmacy — ask your provider
- 15-minute virtual consultation recommended after reading the HRT General Information document
What the Self-Pay Lab Panel Includes
- Estradiol (sensitive), progesterone, total & free testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, FSH, LH, prolactin
- Full thyroid panel (T3, T4, Free T3, Free T4, TPO antibodies)
- CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1C, hs-CRP, cortisol, IGF-1, ferritin
- Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, plus any additional markers clinically indicated
Self-pay gives you transparent, upfront pricing with no surprise bills or insurance authorizations. Insurance only covers labs deemed medically necessary — some hormone tests (DHEA-S, free testosterone, specialized panels) are often not covered, so you may receive a separate bill from the laboratory. Lab pricing is subject to change based on test selection.
